I loved mostly everything about my experience! I couldn't give 5 only because the warranty information is given in a way that I felt was misinformed I recommend let the consumer know the out the door price then show the breakdown instead of breakdown then finding out its 7000 which I could save over the 4 years not finance! 3500 isn't bad 7000 rediculous Now Chandler was great and knew alot of information super knowledgeable! My 10 stars goes to Chris who taught us literally everything about the trailer as well as helpful tips for dummies that dont understand anything about campers! His way od explaining things and his patience was greatly appreciated!!!!

I've updated the review below based on the excellent response to the review I received from the service manager Michael. Every business drops the ball every once in a while, and the response from the business says a lot about the business. At 8 AM the very next morning following posting this review, I received a call from the service manager and he wanted to discuss my issue. He found my email and spoke with his support staff and verified what I said in my post. He was very apologetic and within the hour brought over the wheel bearing cover and installed it. He resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. Michael is a new service manager - his response is a sign of a good business that promptly addressed a "dropped ball." Mark has fantastic customer service skills, exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Mark was extremely professional taking me through the service process and explaining what needed to be done and providing different recommendations.
