Blue Compass RV Concord

Our experience at Blue Compass has been nothing short of amazing! Everyone in the staff has been fantastic and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. From the minute Rose introduced herself, we knew we were at the right place. She took the time and went out of her way to find exactly what we were looking for in a camper for our family of 4. Joe made paperwork painless and fast. Vince was extremely helpful during the final walkthrough, even allowing us to record so we would have a reference to look back to. They truly have a great team here. Highly recommend!

After 2 months of shopping for our first recreation vehicle, it was Blue Compass in Concord that had the perfect RV at the best price..No pressure, no aggressive sales, extremely friendly and kept it simple..We were very pleased with the entire sale process...Also, having a professional RV service center has us feeling very confident that the RV was very well inspected, serviced and offered a valuable tutorial on how everything works..Big time compliments to Rose and Desean for being so helpful.. **As a footnote...We live 4 hours away. We had been to a couple of our RV dealers before we stumbled upon Blue Compass. From greeting to our amazing sales person Rose to manager to financial person all our interactions were friendly and positive. We bought an RV that was perfect for us and it was a great experience. We will definitely be back when we are ready for our next RV.

Just recently purchased our fifth wheel with Blue Compass. Best experience!! No pressure from our salesman, JW. He was awesome. Answered all our questions, called back immediately when I texted him. Everyone was so friendly and polite. Had a fun time working with JW, Joe, in finance, and the guys in parts and service. Would totally recommend them. P.S. I do need it washed…. Inside joke.
