Lindsey and Mason are excellent they make coming and dealing with the dealership in Ft Worth awesome. They appear to genuinely care about when you get your trailer back and that it is ready for travel. We live 1 hour west on a good day with traffic from the dealership and Lindsey stays in touch so we don’t have to make the hard drive unless we have to. Never let them go!!!!!!!!

I had experienced potentially the worst customer service I have ever encountered with this company… at several locations. I decided to proceed with a consignment with them for the sale of my travel trailer. I signed a 30 day contact. 60 days came and went and I never heard anything. No calls, texts, or emails. Eventually, I saw the sales post of my trailer said, “sold” online. I called into the store I brought it in to. They told me it would take about 2 weeks and the check would be in store for me to pick up. A MONTH goes by. Many calls in between of a run around and no help. Eventually, I’m told my trailer was actually taken to this Fort Worth location for sale. Never was I told that. So I called into several times to this location, multiple failed attempts to get connected with someone.

Stay clear of this place. Service…what service. These guys are joke. Took my rv in for warranty. Got it back with a busted out back window that they claimed was that way when it came in. It was missing parts that were supposedly replaced and fixed. Nothing had been done after leaving with them for an extended period. Inside refrigerator was supposed to be worked on, but the outdoor fridge was unbolted and left loose to bounce around. Inside fridge was still inoperable as was when taken in for the warranty. Pulled outdoor shower out and did not even bother to replace it. If I could give a negative rating I would.

BEWARE! This company had so many complaints and unhappy customers that they were forced to change the name with same ownership. If you want a good experience and not to be lied to DO NOT buy from them. They will promise you anything you need. They will absolutely not follow through. If you want a great place to buy from there is a place in OK called Genuine RV. They are amazing! Totally worth the drive! ***It is so interesting to me that you would reply with, we don't have any record of you, yet when the General Manager called me on the phone hours after this review was posted, he knew EXACTLY who I was. We bought an RV there sadly. But....believe me I wish we could forget as well.
