John Flynn served as my service technician during a recent visit to winterize my Airstream and complete several additional repairs. From the initial appointment through final pickup, John was an absolute pleasure to work with. He offered expert guidance, clear recommendations, and consistent communication throughout the several weeks my rig was in the shop. One moment that stood out was when I emailed him on a Sunday, fully expecting a response on Monday. To my surprise, he replied within 30 minutes—despite being off for the weekend. That level of dedication is exceptional. We were traveling across country in our Airstream. We needed replacement of our toilet. We called Airstream of Greensboro 4 days before we would be passing by the dealership. Tony, in Parts, researched multiple options and ordered us a new toilet. He coordinated with Service for installation as we were passing through. Brock was our service advisor and was so helpful. The tech was very good and did a great installation. Everything worked as we hoped and we were able to make our next destination on time. Finding an Airstream dealership this helpful is somewhat unusual in our experience. Several times we have had other travel issues and some other dealerships have been "too busy" to help us. Had a great experience this past week. All of the folks we encountered were pleasant and professional. Tony in the parts department made sure the proper parts we needed for our tow vehicle were ordered quickly. A special thanks to Brock in the service department. As soon as the parts were in he immediately arranged for their installation. Within 45 minutes we were on the way. Everyone at the dealership left a positive impression. Though we bought our rig at a different Blue Compass dealership in the area, we now have a new place to do future business.
