Let me tell you how much this place has changed. When you walk through the front doors you are greeted with a smile and a handshake not by a receptionist, but by Brett the GM of the dealership! Our sales representative was Jay. Jay isnt a salesman. He has seriously turned into a friend. He listened to my wants and my wife’s wants in a camper and he found us a great one. Anthony and Jimmy got really involved when the unit we wanted was at a different store. They got the unit delivered (from a different state) within a couple days! Our demo was with Steve. He was very informative. He definitely knew the product well. Making 6-figure purchases are always nerve racking and more-so when you're working across state lines. I found this dealer by way of the Dynamax Dealer locator and I can thankfully say I found a good one! My first interaction with Ben was by phone. I called the dealer and he greeted me enthusiastically and professionally. Within 20mins, Ben sent me pics of every inch of the coach I was interested in and we began working the details all via text. There were no one-line responses from Ben. He clearly takes pride in his interactions as his communications were always timely and full of detail. Today we were at your Carolina coach and camper store in Claremont NC to purchase a few items needed to allow us to protect our camper during the expected ice storm. The two gentlemen working in the store Bill Peterson and Brian Morrow were so helpful, patient and willing to help us know how to prepare our camper for this freezing weather. My husband and I ( Ben and Becky Rowe) appreciated their kindness and knowledge in this area because this was our first winter after purchasing this camper from your store in early spring. GREAT SERVICE! Recently bought a prowler camper from Blue Compass of Hickory and the service was top tier! Steven Snelling was the first guy to approach us and he helped us find the perfect one! He answered every question ( some over and over ) with the upmost respect and care! Love this place!!

Our journey at Blue Compass started with Brett, the general manager, then Isaac a sales person, then Anthony the finance guy, Tim who trained us on our new Class C RV and finally a very nice and helpful lady in the parts department (sorry I can't remember the name) who helped us choose what we needed to launch fun times with our RV. I can't say enough great things about this group. They made the "big purchase decision" easy. No sales pressure, only serving.
