I recently purchased my travel trailer from Blue Compass RV and had a great experience. Jeremy Hall was awesome to work with—very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He made the whole process simple and answered all my questions without any pressure. This is my second RV, and I still learned a lot during the walkthrough. The technician who showed me everything took his time explaining how all the systems work and made sure I understood how to operate everything before I left. That kind of service really makes a difference. Overall, my RV buying experience at Blue Compass RV was excellent. I would definitely recommend Jeremy Hall and the team at Blue Compass RV to anyone looking to purchase a travel trailer or RV.

My wife and I cane in on a Saturday picked out an Rv and were approved but with a high interest rate so I changed co signers and was alot better rate. The only thing bad I can say is they dont communicate with you. I was told I get a call back to send my paperwork to my Co signer since their not from Indiana and im still waiting to hear back. One thing bout me communication is the key.

I first connected with him through a Facebook listing and he responded quickly even though it was later in the evening. When I met Jeremy in person he was professional, easy to talk to, and didn’t give off the typical pushy sales vibe that you sometimes get at dealerships. Worked with Jennifer Roberts on a frame inspection and v brace install on our 2018 Grand Design 310GK Solitude that Grand Design had suggested we have done at there expense. This was the best experience we have had at any RV dealer. Jennifer is top notch in customer service. There wasn't a week go by that she didn't reach out to keep us informed of their progress.
