I wanted to give a big thank you to Lily, Seth, and Charles for their incredible help with our first RV/travel trailer purchase! Seth was so easy to talk to and really worked hard to get us the best monthly payment. Lily was incredibly kind and gave us so much information, and Charles is very experienced and even offered to help us hitch our trailer. I really appreciated the time he spent showing me the RV during the demo. They’re top-notch customer service! I’ll definitely recommend them! We cannot wait to take this thing out ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our trailer from Blue Compass RV! From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth and enjoyable. We bought a brand new Grand Design 5 th wheel. It has electrical problems and we bought it in July 2025 and have not got to use it. They had it for 2 months picked it up still have the same issues. Trying to cancel extended service warranty and they didn't even follow through 2 months later. Called granddesign and the same. Don't buy from Blue compass you will regret it

I purchased a Grand Design Lineage F series from Blue Compass in February and it has been nothing but a nightmare. My sales person was helpful, but the rest of the process was not as great. First, they didn't bother telling me until after I signed the paperwork, they got their money that they needed to keep the unit for 5 days to make sure everything worked. I bought it off the showroom floor! Really? I took it home that day which I accept responsibility for but had it for 1 hour and noticed several things wrong. I made a phone call and asked to bring it back to have it looked at and they told me it had to be done under warranty now. I had it for 1 hour! Thank you to the whole crew at Blue Compass Las Vegas. I had bought a Forest River Epro trailer 2 years ago. Alex was our salesman then and was outstanding. He guided us through our purchase, answered all of our questions and the whole crew made the experience totally enjoyable. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago I contacted Alex and said I needed to trade in my trailer and was looking for something a little bigger. He has transfered into the finance department but put me in contact with Jeremy the sales manager, who contacted me right away.
