Blue Compass RV Longmont

I HIGHLY recommend you checking out Blue. My boyfriend and I had gone to another RV place CW and had the worst experience ever. Then we came to Blue compass and from the moment we walked in it was amazing. Christina was our sales rep and she really went above and beyond, sent us pictures and text messages through out the process and was very good. The rest of the saff was wonderful as well and they really wanted to help us with whatever they could. My brother in law and sister in law bought one the same day as us and they had a great experience as well. I will NOT go anywhere else for my RV needs and you shouldn’t either. They also had a blue carpet and signs when we picked up our campers picture attached. 😊

This dealer was very easy to work with. Terran was a great sales rep to work with. We went to look at a used camper only to end up in a new one that worked with our budget and wants for a camper. Tony was great on the finance side, very organized and easy to relate to. The service department was a miss for me. We had asked for pricing to add a stove/oven setup vs just having the stove top. The number that they threw out at us basically told me "we don't want to do the work" Overall would purchase another camper from them. Its likely that the in-laws will be trading their camper in and purchasing one from Blue Compass as well.

We had the absolute best experience with the team at Blue Compass in Longmont. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly patient and genuinely friendly. In particular, Cody was an excellent salesmen, Ryne made the purchase process painless and easy, Carl in service installed our new hitch in record time, and Scott did an incredibly thorough and helpful walk around. We had a 1 year old travel trailer that was too small and they got us the absolute best trade-in value. They answered all of our questions and worked with us even when we threw them for a loop multiple times. Thank you all for helping us get the our perfect fifth wheel at the best price! We will definitely be coming back to this location when we decide to trade up in a few years.

We were heading back to our house from another store in longmont, because the rv we were supposed to buy wasn't ready yet for pick up, and we needed an RV on that day, we were supposed to buy a 2001 rv from the other store (but it wasn't available) but Teran, answered my phone call, matched our budget, so we turned around back to Blue Compass RV, and to my surprise Teran just made a deal with us for a 2016 camper for the same budget that we have for the 2001 in the other store. First, let me say that the front desk service writer, Bobby was extremely friendly. I felt very welcomed when I walked in the door. The rest is all downhill. This is the second to the worst service experience I've had next to Lazy Days (and that's saying something). It appears Blue Compass is trying to race to the bottom with them. After a horrific experience with Lazy Days I started using Cousins RV for my service and they were OUTSTANDING. Every time. Called for an appointment (which could take quite a while because they were very busy) but when the appointment day came, I dropped my rig off, they would perform the typical service (usually an axle service and roof treatment) and I had it back the next day. Sometimes 2 days. I was unhappy when Cousins was bought out by Blue Compass, but t
