We had an awesome experience there picking out our new trailer. Alan is a great salesman. He actually sold us our Bighorn back in 2015. The process was painless and they gave us a good deal on trade. When we picked up the new unit they had a bag of goodies for us! Everyone was very helpful. Now to enjoy our new 5th wheel.

The customer service was outstanding. Kim was very knowledgeable and so friendly. Carl our salesman was honest and walked us through which camper would suit our needs . Kendall walked us through and explained everything we needed to know we are totally satisfied with our experience here

I'd choose zero stars but that isn't an option. I should have went with my gut on not buying from here. Kevin, a salesman here, talked to my husband and shook his hand as if I didn't exist. Yet I am the reason we are able to make this deal work. Once we had the deal in place and signed the paperwork he basically turned into Casper. If you like empty promises and no call backs, Kevin and blue compass RV are your people. We drove the RV home and immediately had issues with the fridge not working and the heater. We have tried calling numerous times with zero help. We are having to go with a private technician to get our issues fixed. Yay. So glad we own an RV.

Kim M****r in the service department at Blue Compass RV is exceptional at her job. Kim goes the extra steps to help rectify a problem. You sure don't see that kind of customer service very often, I and truly hope that Blue Compass appreciates what an engaged employee they have. I have purchased two travel trailers from Blue Compass over the years, and I have always felt that BC was honest and forthright in their dealings. The Lubbock Blue Compass has a superb service department.
