Alex, from finance was very informative and Chris who provided step-by-step instructions for the RV guided me clearly for success. On August 18, 2025, I traded in my Aurora for a fifth wheel Johnny the salesman was outstanding. First and foremost, I just have to say thank goodness Blue Compass RV exists. They are the only Winnebago-authorized dealer in the entire state of Connecticut with a service department I feel I can trust completely. Late last year, a fallen tree branch punctured a small hole in my RV's fiberglass pop top. I called a few different places to get a quote (after sending them photos of the damage), and after speaking with Mike from Blue Compass RV, it was clear that they were not just the best option, but my *only* option. RV was not detailed to expected standards. Multiple stains on the drivers seat, driver seat covering falling off. Was told by Sales Manager that stains on seat are normal, not happy with that comment. Stickers were not recovered from windows and windows cleaned. Very disappointed with issues at time of pick up.

Picked up my camper today with Rick and Jake and they did a phenomenal job. They explained everything to me. They made sure my camper was ready to go. They made me feel really comfortable and really prepared to hit the road.
