5 STARS + Theresa J in the parts department was simply awesome!! She was very helpful and tracked down the parts that I needed from the manufacturer. She text me pictures the next day to verify the parts. I placed the order within 24 hours! I had contacted another local dealer. After more than a week of waiting, I emailed them and received a reply that they were still waiting on the manufacturer! Three weeks later and still no follow-up. My entire order was less than $100 but Therese took the time to research and get me taken care of. All of my future business will be trusted to her. She went over and above in my book where others don’t want to waste their time on such a small order. If you take care of the small stuff the big stuff will take care of you. Thanks again Theresa! Y

My wife and I purchased a B class from Blue Compass Ogden. There were a few things that had to be addressed, warranty, as is the case with a new RV. Teresa, the parts manager ordered the replacement parts for us and did a GREAT job throughout the process. She kept us informed on status and got ahold of us as soon as the parts came in. We have nothing but praise for Kodiak TenBears (sales representative) and the staff of BCRV. We had thought we would never find the prefect trailer at a price we could afford. BCRV, not only had the RV we wanted but went out of their way to make it affordable for us. Kodiak was fantastic.
