Blue Compass RV Pasco

I don’t normally write reviews, but I’ve been meaning to write one for Blue Compass Rv of Pasco for quite a while. People often write reviews when they’re unhappy, but I’m writing this review because this experience has positively stood out from other large purchase experiences I’ve had in my life. My husband and I purchased our first camper here in August of 2024. Purchasing from Blue Compass RV in Pasco has been the best experience we could’ve asked for throughout the process, from before to during and even after the sale. We did our research prior to coming in and pretty much knew which brand and model we wanted (Grand Design Transcend Xplor 265BH). We recently bought a 2025, 2515s Rockwood mini lite at the Pasco, WA location. From early on Tony was great communicating and responding to our questions and needs. Luis was also great with communication and answering our questions. We had A+ service with everyone at this location. A Huge shout out to the following: Tony, Luis, Allison, Stefan, Robbie, Tim and especially wanted to point out Jake who I could tell worked very hard to make this happen with such a quick turnaround. Blue Compass saved my roadtrip and my trailer! I blew a tire on the freeway down to the metal and they were able to start working on my trailer at 8am the next morning and we’re done by 2pm to get us back on the road safely. My water heater froze over winter and broke open after I was on the road. I stopped in Pasco and Joe took time out from his other jobs , located the bypass valves and got the heater isolated , and did the job for no charge. Thank you again Joe and Thank you Blue Compass for taking excellent care of me now twice!

This Dealership lied to me and was the worst Dealership I've ever been involved with. Bought a 2026 Grand Design and they did not prep it or fix broken issues or even supply proper paperwork needed for road use... Only a 3 days use versus 45 day temp plate Grand Design is addressing all the issues with the RV while Blue Compass hides under a rock waiting for my advocacy attorneys and the law to strike.
