I purchased a brand-new Keystone RV from this dealership in 2022. Sales was fine. Our sales person Ben Garcia was great. Everything that followed has been a nightmare. The RV arrived with extensive defects. they had it for 2 months to fix things which still required a return trip, I should of taken that as a sign. Since purchase, I have brought it back repeatedly with detailed written lists of issues, including: Structural floor failure Water intrusion from windows Water intrusion from wet box Garage door was improperly aligned 5 visits still not fixed Leveling system relay failure that caused stabilizer damage Microwave cabinet/frame failure (microwave physically fell out) Cracked shower pan and failed drain - seal failed floor cracked so we have not been able to use the shower in

Hands down one of the kindest, most generous businesses we’ve ever encountered. This RV store helped us host the most magical birthday party for our four-year-old camper-loving kiddo, and it exceeded every expectation. We walked in a few months ago to see what was available for a used camper. We gave Aaron a list of our demands and he showed us around the lot as my 4 and 6 year old argued over which camper had more interior space for a fort. Aaron was very very patient with us, even though we didn't find anything that day. He texted me when new campers arrived to see if we were interested. After a couple months, Aaron found us the prefect camper and everyone loved it, even the kids. If more people were as kind and patient as Aaron, I think we would have world peace. Sara who is one of the managers was just as awesome. She is a national treasure and this place would probably fall apart if it weren't for her.

We had a great experience at Blue Compass, Wheat Ridge location. Freddie was a great salesman. Helpful and not pushy. Khalid was friendly and explained everything we signed, even stayed late to make it happen. Tom did a great walk around when we picked it up. Extra shout out to Tom and Sarah who went way above and beyond to get us on the road safely. From start to finish, a great place to buy a camper!
