Gavin and the Blue Ridge Crew are amazing!!! Gavin is very knowledgeable and informative. He provided me (a woman) with ALL the information required for me to make an informed decision regarding the servicing/repair of my vehicle. My son has used them in the past for his vehicle and as family we have always been pleased with their service!

Had a tire going low pressure and stopped in today, Kristen & Gavin came to the rescue as they always do when I come for car care. This is our neighborhood place to go when needed. Thanks again guys. Great job. Highly recommend !

I called in the morning and spoke with Gavin about an issue with my car, and they were able to service me the same day. Even though the fix was small, he got me in and out of the shop within about 30 minutes. His efficiency and willingness to help really stood out. Kristen was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Excellent customer service all around—I truly appreciated how easy they made everything.

I’ve been there twice and both time they got me in and out very quickly. The WiFi is good there so it’s convenient to work while waiting too. Gavin and Kristen are both very nice and professional.
