Sadly, I increasingly I find fewer events, people and business transactions that “exceed my expectations.” That’s the most succinct way to describe my experience with Blue Ridge Glass and Metal (BRGM). Simply put, they exceeded my expectations. It starts with the face of the company in the front office. Christy was exceptional. My Highlander Platinum needed a new windshield. First, my insurance company didn’t want to cover Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) glass. Second, my insurance company also wanted to send me to another shop to have after-market glass installed. BRGM has a great reputation in the Winchester area, and that’s who I decided to work with. Christy worked with my insurance company to get them to agree to OEM glass with acceptable additional cost above my deductible. My

Fast and friendly service plus HUGE savings over Safelite! I had my windshield replaced and they got me in the next business day after I called for a quote. It was over $200 less than Safelite’s number and I was only in the waiting room for an hour. Everyone is so nice and it’s an awesome company. I have had a windshield replacement in the past (different car) from them as well and had the exact same experience. They were my first call after I got the crack in my windshield and even with other quotes it wasn’t really a question of where I was gonna end up going!

Service was a breeze compared to Safelite. Price was way cheaper as well and would highly recommend to go to this place. Employees are honest and work was fast and professional.

Had a windshield replaced this morning and they did a spectacular job. It was finished in under an hour and the pricing was great. I would highly recommend here for anybody!
