My husband, David, and I have been taking our cars to Blue Ridge Auto for at least a decade and we have always enjoyed a very positive experience. We would like to specifically praise Brian, who handles most phone calls and works at the front desk. Not only is Brian highly knowledgeable about car repairs/services, he is also professional, courteous, and “goes the extra mile” to keep customers well informed and satisfied about their experience. Took my work van here to get an alignment. They said they had to change some parts to get it to aligned when I got the van back, it still wouldn’t hold alignment

It was the cheapest, quickest oil change I’ve had done. Plus, they do a check over the vehicle & threw in a tire rotation. I was thrilled with the service I received. A great experience overall.

Awesome group of guys over there. I Have been using them for 13 years and I drive an hour from Lynchburg just for them. Honest and great work, they will NOT try to sell you anything g you do not need

Took my truck here for an alignment, when I got it back it still wasn't right so I left a review about my experience here. Not long after I posted my review the district manager contacted me and apologized and asked if I could take the truck to their Salem location so they could make it right, they nailed it. Alan at the Salem location took great care of the truck and went above and beyond to fix the problem! Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because this location did drop the ball on the first go around but if you ever have any problems make them known and they will make it right!
