Josh was great! I reached out to him about replacing a valve on my Jeep and he got back to me right away with an estimate. He worked me into his schedule when it was convenient for me and he finished in just a few hours. He also researched my vehicle and gave me a detailed list, with prices, of things that will also need attention in the future. He explained everything thoroughly in a way I could easily understand! Josh was great at Blue Skies! I am on a road trip, and my check engine light went on. I got the issue diagnosed (needed to replace knocker sensor) by a mobile technician, but he couldn't get the part. I then went to another automotive place in Nampa and they quoted me over $500, which was way above what the mobile technician said it should be. Fortunately, I had texted Josh beforehand and he gave me a much better deal (hundreds of dollars cheaper) at a faster pace too. He and his employee were very kind, letting me sit in their waiting room while they worked on my car. He even offered me coffee with pumpkin creamer! He got the issue (and another one) fixed within 2 hours and I was on my way. Thanks Josh!
