Blue Tide Express Car Wash

Tony did an incredible job trying to help me with something I hit on the highway sticking to the side of my truck. Can't thank him enough for his time consuming help. I regret it did not have any before pictures, but just imagine an obvious white threaded streaks all over the side, wheel wells, etc. Pictures are of his work and the fantastic car wash he owns. I got my car washed here and only later noticed the many many scratches on the front hood and the side of the car. Tons of little scratches. Maybe there was a lot of junk in their spinning brushes. I would avoid this car wash. As an update to the car wash update I’d like to point out how they claim that I’m lying and they say I didn’t go to their car wash, as if they know what car this is, and when exactly it was washed. Also note that I’m not the only reviewer to complain about scratches. As I expected, they try to sound like they will be reasonable about the damage they caused but then run away from it.

Great people they are very nice and helpful! Best car wash I have found in the area! I have tried others and wasn't satisfied with the cleaning of my truck! But here I am always happy with their service!

The owner Anthony and hus crew are AWESOME! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE !! Im the girl who has the big black truck needing tape all the time. Lol They help me out every time I go. Plus I get a great wash that doesn't leave a soapy residue like most washes do. Thanks guys!!

Very positive experience. Was the lucky recipient of a large flock of bird deposits. The two men at the entrance used their brushes and were able to remove it all! The vacuums are amazing too. Very pleased overall.
