Had a fantastic experience purchasing our Chrysler from here. Our salesperson Eric B. was a pleasure to work with. My experiences with dealerships have almost always been dreadful by dealing with typical sales people who are either pushy and/or do whatever sneaky things they can to take advantage of you. Aside from the great experience, the purchase itself was also very reasonable. Even with my somewhat low credit score, we were able to get a great financing offer and left with a van my wife LOVES. Jovanny, the finance manager, was also very personable and easy to work with. Everything about the van was about what I expected based on the lower price, but I will report back here if anything changes. If not, then we're still driving a nice reliable van. A friend of our purchased a Jeep from BB Jeep in January of 2024. It was a 2023 nearly new. When he passed he left the Jeep to us. We took it in to BB to see about having them buy it back because we never drove it (paid off clean title). They lowballed us stating that the tires were more than five years old. I asked how that was possible when the Jeep was only 2 years old and the tires still had the blue lines on them from when purchased. The lady looked confused and came back with her manager who tried to tell us that the tires were dry rotted and from 2019. (They were not dry rotted and still had the blue markings on them, that’s how new they were) I told him I found that interesting since my friend had purchased the Jeep from them and had not changed the tires in the short time he owne
