Bluebonnet Collision Center

Back in September 19th, my Ram got vandalized while it was parked outside my job. Got off my shift in the morning and the truck interior was gutted out, such a major breakage. I called my insurance and the insurance gave me a "place" to drop it off and get it fixed. A week later, this place person called and told me that the insurance was paying only for "used parts" for replacement. I was elated, this person added that if I call the dealership, they will fix it with new parts accordingly. I called Bluebonnet Collision Center in New Braunfels, i spokebwith Stephanie, the only phrase came out of her mouth was "where's the truck?" From the moment I walked into their front doors, I was welcomed immediately. Then about 5 minutes later, my advisor John Kendrick walked me through the process and expectations on what they do from inspecting the damage to ordering parts. Then when the vehicle is being worked on and how much progress they are making, this is all relayed to me on a weekly basis. Sometimes twice in a week. John has been in this business long enough to know that communicating with his customers is a priority from our experience, and we really felt that our vehicle was a priority the whole time our car was in their possession.
