The sweetest young man at Bluebonnet Ford/Lincoln, Joseph Vallejo, approached me and asked if I needed any assistance as I was viewing cars. I knew immediately that he was the perfect salesman. He demonstrated professionalism and was very knowledgable and answered my many questions. The entire staff at this dealership were very kind and helpful and the facility was clean, comfortable and met all my needs and expectations. Throughout the years I have purchased several vehicles however this experience was different. People make you feel welcomed They have like a no hassle method; transparency from the beginning. Buying a new car can be really stressful. The folks at Bluebonnet Motors made the transaction go really smoothly. My salesman Gerald Friesenhahn and his assistant Nathan Garza were so great to work with and they were both friendly and professional. I received a fair price on my trade in and negotiating the purchase I think went well. Services after the transaction were great. The facility was very nice. I love my new car, a Corsair Reserve with jet package. I'm happy to recommend them.

I used Bluebonnet Motors mobile service to have The Works service provided on my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label. I scheduled my appointment using the Lincoln mobile app. My technician’s name was Jay. They called me the day I made the appointment to confirm my appointment. I was sent a reminder text message the day before. The tech also sent me a text when he was on his way. He arrived early and finished promptly. The technician was very friendly and professional. I recommend using the mobile service as it is convenient to have the dealership come to you to provide an oil change and service. Using this service was very convenient for me, because I am currently recovering from a foot surgery.

This was a huge upgrade for me — going from a 2012 base model Camry to a luxury SUV — and I was feeling so nervous before the test drive. But Lane immediately made me feel at ease.
