I’ve been going to Bluemound Car Care since they opened, and I consistently choose them before taking my vehicles to the dealer. They are always honest, precise, and fair. Most recently, I called ahead for a tire repair and, as usual, the experience was seamless. Logan and Nick were professional, straightforward, and efficient from start to finish. As someone with a tight schedule, I especially appreciate how accurate they are when diagnosing issues and setting expectations. I was on the road again from having a flat to a completely repaired tire in <30 minutes. My car died Friday and I decided to have it towed to Bluemound Car Care given they were open on a Saturday, I really needed my car fixed as quickly as possible, and their reviews were positive. Given it was Saturday, I called ahead to see if they'd be able to look at my car and was told yes, they would. We (the tow company and I) arrived a little before 11:00. Sam (owner) walked me through how they would assess the situation (battery, alternator, etc.) He let me know that it could be just the battery, but also let me know that it could also be the alternator. He gave me the estimated price for the battery and said they'd get to it as quickly as possible. They had my car in the garage within a few minutes of arrival. I ran over some nails. I drove into a tire store and asked if they could/would fix them. I told them I saw two nails. After a looonnnggg time to even get it in the shop they said it was ready to go. One nail. I said I saw two. They said no. From then on I had a slow leak in that tire. Took it to another place. Said there was nothing. I went months adding air every week or two. As a last resort I took it to Discount Tire in Brookfield. They were prompt. Found the nail. Plugged and patched it FREE and then thanked me for coming to them. All around probably the best service I've had. I had zero doubts where I'm buying my tires when I need them. Zero.

Got to work and I heard a hissing sound, a tire had a puncture. Was able to get my car in to get it patched. Super quick and professional and still went above an beyond. My wiper fluid light was on and on and they took care of that as well. Right on Bluemoumd easy to access great place.

The guys were able to get me in super fast on the same day! They were very nice, thorough, and explained everything to me in a way that was easily understandable. They are upfront about costs and don't try to push anything on you. I am most definitely coming here in the future for what my car needs going forward. Thank you guys!
