BlueWave Express Car Wash

When I asked for a refund. They refused, but offered to send my car through the same mediocre car wash process again.

I was hesitant about coming to the car wash today because I was wearing a dress and on my way to a baby shower, but I decided to stop anyway and the guys working here were so so nice. One of them walked me through the entire car wash because I told him that my back window doesn’t get clean enough, though I felt and then at check out this young gentlemanJuan G came to my rescue and dried my car as if he knew that I did not want to get off. Great customer service.

Angel, Bianca, & their boss Servando went above and beyond to help me. My vehicle got locked with my keys inside. They worked on getting it opened. This crew was extremely helpful! I am very grateful God had them working today! Angel was very helpful with my account and services. Great job Bluewave!
