BlueWave Express Car Wash

I have been considering purchasing a membership for the past couple of months now however, I ultimately decided against it due to repeated interactions with a particular employee. Each time I’ve come through the wash, this employee has been on her phone rather than engaging with customers or focusing on providing service. This behavior comes across as unprofessional and gives the impression that customer experience is not a priority. Unfortunately, it reflects poorly on the location and on Blue Wave as a whole. Because of this, I chose to take my business to Quick Quack Car Wash instead, as they consistently appear attentive to their customers and focused on delivering a positive experience. I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here since this place opened. The more times I washed my vehicle the more I realized it was best to get the monthly package. It's convenient and can go as many times as I would like. They have quite a few packages to choose from. They provide hand towels to dry off your vehicle, windshield wiper fluid, they have 2 different vacuums with different nozzles and they also have an air hose to blow off the excesss water off after the wash. Their parking spots for cars are covered to avoid the direct sun light and speakers for the great music they play while you are cleaning your vehicle. service was great! everything was organized and clean. employees were very nice as well. Alexis offered to dry my car after the wash, she is very sweet. definitely coming back. satisfied and highly recommend!

The car wash itself was great. I had a nice man named Jason wipe down my car and refill my washer fluid because it has a leak. However, the reason for the 3 star review is because there was a red, black haired girl at the check in, doing I assume the normal car wash sales, but was extremely rude when I denied the sale and made me reluctant to agree to the sale. She seemed out of it and I hope this is addressed as I wouldn’t want other people to go through this aswell, how embarrassing. 😬
