BlueWave Express Car Wash

So my car has been dusty and rusty for a moment I've been so busy and I'm not really car person so I'm never worried about cleaning it. But even my mom came into town complaining about how I could at least take it through a car wash because it's mainly the outside that's the problem and she's right! When I came I was treated with the best customer service and care of my car. Ike provided such a wonderful service to my car. Even after the car wash he offered and wiped down everything and vacuum everywhere while paying attention to details. And this is not the first time he has provided amazing service! It makes it easy for me coming to this location knowing I'll get great service and knowing they have wonderful staff willing to help us single females that may not want to deal with car rel

I arrived to clean my car and Sanai helped at the Barker Cypress Location in Cypress. This was to see a young person up and working and happy to be doing so with out complaining. She was very polite and professional. Update came back and customer service is 100% awesome

Yaya is the best! He is so kind and helpful! He helps me every time I come here! Best ever! Rodney helped me out so much today too! He cleaned my tires and helped me vacuum! I love coming to this place. Everyone is so nice!

I stopped in today for a quick wash of my truck and David was quick to jump in and help out when it came time to dry. He was friendly and polite, as usual. Staff is always helpful and the place is always clean and has towels available. These guys and gals do a good job. Edit 8/13/25 - stopped in again today and Benny helped me out with drying my car. again, the guys were super helpful and super polite as always. Edit 12/6/25 - stopped again today and Nai jumped I to help me dry. She was polite and helpful. Also, I was here at open and they were ready to go. Edit 02/10/26 - in again and Trae helped me out this time. Didn't have to ask, just jumped right in. He was very polite and professional. Seemed like a really nice kid.

Kaleb just came up to my vehicle and started to help me drying my truck all on his own. First time this has ever happened at Blue Wave. I definitely appreciate it and Definitely makes me wanna skip the other car washes and come here.
