BlueWave Express Car Wash

Not the best car wash service. Car didn’t get cleaned well and the girl said “this is why we recommend the unlimited plan so you can go through again” lol. Staff was nice and let us run the car through again but it still didn’t get cleaned. They said “probably because of the slant of the car”. Found another car wash and on the first run through it got the car clean and they had more amenities included. This place doesn’t have a way to clean your mats. The windshield fluid water appeared to be just regular water. They don’t have little car fresheners like other places I’ve been to either. Not sure how this company has the most reviews but don’t recommend.

Jason Elizondo did an excellent job here at the blue wave on 10th and Trenton. Everything was marvelous. He helped me dry my vehicle and was super kind and super respectful. Thank you Jason for all your hard work. This is why I love coming to Blue Ridge. We will definitely be coming back here again for the excellent customer service.!!!!

Mr. Elizondo on Trenton was very helpful in assisting vacuuming and drying my car I wasn't feeling well today and with his generosity and helpfulness I got the job done. Honestly no other bluewave has helped as much as he has today and for that I'm very greatful. I see how motivated and enthusiastic and go getting he is with other customers mind you and very attentive to the customer needs also in presentation and respect. You need more people like him or other should get on board . Thank you again from a well appreciated customer .

They help me dry it and they even offered to vacuum.
