Dennis was a great person. He helped me without me having to ask. He detailed my car thru out the whole inside left it looking like a new car even went the extra mile and cleaned my carpet over all he was very sweet kept a conversation with me. Definitely recommend this place. Amazing expireince!

Best Car Wash I've been coming here for years, I no longer live in Pasadena but I still manage to drive 30min from home to car wash my vehicle here. Denni employee help me detailed cleaning my vehicle. He did an extraordinary job. I didn't even asked for it he just helped me. Love this Bluewave on Spencer location.

Thank you Dennis such outstanding service today I visit this location. I paying extra for tires shine per month but all location have the same issues that are not shine. Great job.

First time here in the car wash destroyed my side mirrors brand new car either the car is made of cheap plastic or the car wash is too rough for vehicles like this either way they couldn’t help me. They just gave me a claims card never again when I take my vehicle there.

Dennis was so helpful I recently had a stroke and required a walker to get around as my body recovers to a stronger state and he has always helped me clean my car even though it’s not a requirement but out of the goodness of his heart this world needs more employees that still care for their customers he exceeds far beyond that! I pray he has favor and is recognized for his great above and beyond customer service skills and is compensated so! Thank You! Hire more employees like him please it makes the quality of your services exceptional!
