BlueWave Express Car Wash

I came here on February 25, 2026 and had an amazing experience! Noah is the most sweetest and hard working young man. Noah was very well spoken and the services provided were quick and efficient and my car looked good as new! Definitely would recommend this car wash to others in Beaumont and hope y'all get Noah! ☺️

I had a great experience at this car wash. Mizaria who helped me was very friendly, hardworking, and paid close attention to detail. She made sure my car looked really clean and took her time to do a good job. I appreciate her positive attitude and the effort she put into my work. I would definitely come back again because of the great service!

I always get great service when I go to Blue Wave Express in Groves Texas. A few times I've gone through the wash and my tires weren't done. Most days I don't worry about it but I have a funeral to go to tomorrow and needed my car decently clean. Ron, the manager was very nice. I have the wax and seal plus but it did not do my tires again today. This has happened 3 times over several months so that's not too bad but I think maybe the tire shine is weak or empty sometimes. Ron, the mgr offered me to go back through but I had already done my windows. Without asking he sprayed lube on my tires ! Exceptional customer service! I thought Chic fil A was the leader in customer service but Blue Wave Express in Groves Texas has them neck to neck! Thanks Ron!

At my ripe out age of 79 I had never run any of my cars through a car wash but I finally decided it was time to do so. I was very reluctant to do so but after having had my car washed several time makes me wish I had it done much earlier in my life. Blue Wave in Rockport, Texas has the best helpers I have ever seen. They always wear a smile and are extremely helpful. After my car is run through the Tunnel Of Wash the employees quickly come to dry off my car. They are polite and respectful. All of them! One gentleman really stands out. His name is Kit. What an amazing young man. This Blue Wave in Rockport has sold me on having my car washed for the rest of my life there! I am in awe of their customer service and my car looks much better than I could ever wash it.

Love thos car wash! Staff is always so friendly and willing to help dry off the car before the texas sun dries the car and leave water spots. The car wash is always clean, has towels to use and has windex to help clean the glass. Thank you and keep up the great work!!
