These guys did a wonderful job on my 2024 Hummer EV pickup. Being a unusual vehicle and very hard to find parts, they handled it with ease. Great communication during the whole process. The end result was the vehicle looked brand new when they finished. Thanks again for the great service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went here for an estimate, pictures were taken and I was advised I would be scheduled for repairs. Once 3 weeks passed, I called to confirm the date to drop off vehicle for repairs and was put on extensive hold to be told I wasn't on their schedule because he forgot to do so. He told me it would b another few weeks before I could drop my vehicle off. I contacted another shop and called my insurance company to change the body shop. I asked insurance company to forward the approved estimate from 6 weeks ago. I was told they dont have estimate because this shop never submitted pictures for an approval. Had I not called on my own to follow-up with this unprofessional, incompetent body shop, I would still b waiting for extended period of time. If this shop can't submit photos for an estimate

HORRIBLE SERVICE, I Tough they were professionals. I took my dad’s truck for few scratches to touch up and they just couldn’t done anything about it. They wanted us to pay for the whole re painting process. This guy, JOEY (receptionist) received the truck and he ended up doing the job himself. Not sure if he’s one of the workers who knows how to do this. He literally put paint with a nail brush without polishing it and the biggest scratch from all he didn’t even touch it. My parents picked up the truck and were upset so they called me. I took the truck back to him because wasn’t done right. He asked me to bring it back next week because there was no availability at that time, he said everybody would know about it and receive it to re do the job. My 2015 Audi Q7 had a number of scratches, dents and more that kept it looking its age. I opted to try Bluffton Auto Body. First of all, their quote to do the repairs was about half of what the dealer suggested place in Hardeeville was. Second, when I picked it up, it looked as if the car was brand new. I was so happy ! the people there were all wonderful to deal with and I have absolutely no regrets. I will go again if I need any body work (and hopefully I won't!)

DON’T TRUST AND JOE IS CHILD LIKE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, Debbie was very pleasant. I had a horrible experience with Joe. My wife was in our car and struck from behind. Brought the car to Blufton auto body they did minimal work. Advised them of issues with the car pointing out that you could see damage to the back bumper. Brought it to Joe’s attention even showed him what was observed. Used a ruler to show him how one side was pushed in. He advised he would look and take care of it. Went back they did nothing and when I pointed it out Joe could not be bothered. He said Jeeps are not perfect, asked him to put that in writing he said no I asked him why he stated”because I don’t want to”, a statement my granddaughter who is 5 would say. Told him I recorded our conversation and as I turned away
