I’ve been coming to this shop for the past 6 years for a car that has done nothing but give me trouble since day 1. Never have I returned to this business because of something they have done wrong, my SUV is just known for problems. Greg has always been amazing, kind and gave me a better than fair price. He has always shot it to me straight and never encouraged me to do anything he didn’t feel I truly needed. If ever I was financially struggling he let me know if the repair needed to be done right then or if it could wait. I was so saddened to find out he recently had a medical issue and had to step back (hopefully temporary) and was worried the next time I needed service that I wouldn’t have the same open dialogue with the rest of the guys that I had with Greg. Greg makes this place first rate. He gives it a small town welcome feeling, often knowing his customers on a first name basis and is never too busy to look at something real quick. His prices are competitive and his work first class! I've lived in Greensboro, Winston and now Denton and don't think twice about driving or towing the distance. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!!

Don’t get me wrong they’re a nice company and all and family ran. I needed warranty work done, my transmission went out.. they were just hard to get to reach out to my warranty. I think I hounded them to get it done.. my warranty was getting fed up too with calls not being answered and lack of communication. My car sat for like 3 weeks before even reaching out to my warranty and the job took 2 months. They just kept saying they’re busy.. I just think If that’s case stop taking so many vehicles. I would recommend for easy quick work but as long as you’re not in a rush to get your vehicle back.
