Liar and Thief!! Ordered a BMW x5 steering wheel airbag. The item came in and the emblem had a dent on it. I notified Victor right away. He said to ship it back, and he would refund me minus a restocking fee. I disagreed about that since he sent me a faulty item. I already paid to ship to me and to ship back to him. He’s a liar and a scammer and has been ignoring me. He took my money and he has the product. Don’t do business with them.

I purchased an engine from them that was misrepresented and not what I was told it would be. They conveniently left out crucial information, and once I discovered the issue, they refused to offer a refund or even an exchange. Their customer service is nonexistent—once they take your money, they don’t care about resolving any issues. They don’t stand by their products, they don’t disclose refund policies at the time of purchase, and they make excuses instead of taking accountability.
