He guided me through part selection, making sure the parts are in stock, and confirmed the tracking number. The parts arrived early. Abraham is super helpful, and the whole process is great. Intuitive website, good prices, responsive customer service. The only issue was when they switched one of my parts​ to a different part based on my provided VIN without telling me. The original part I ordered was correct. They promptly shipped the correct part with paid return shipping for the wrong one. No big deal, but I would rather they double check with the customer before changing the order.

Overall a very pleasant experience to order from BMW Discount Parts. Pricing was competitive, customer service very responsive, and items shipped quickly. I had a few questions and was able to quickly reach a human on the phone and have my questions answered. A nice plus in the age of online mega retailers!
