Just traded in and bought a new bike. Brian Kent was awesome to deal with. No games, flexible, straightforward approach and great advice. I never knew they also had a gear shop on the 2nd floor. Already bought a couple of things from them and have found the advice to be far superior to any of the surrounding shops.

I shopped around when looking for my brand new BMW R9T and this dealer was the only one that had the bike I was looking for in stock. The sales staff (Bob and Brian) were very accommodating over the phone and the same way in person when I arrived to purchase the bike. They provided me with a great price and delivered the bike to my house in an enclosed trailer shortly thereafter. The sales team (including Jon the sales manager) did everything they could to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I will be continuing my business with them in the future for my next motorcycle purchase. I recommend giving this dealer a chance to earn your business prior to committing to another dealer.

Traveling through Massachusetts figured I would stop for a front tire and oil change. However the worker at the parts counter was so ignorant and rude. I left and will give someone else my business that won't talk down to me.

This place is great for anything related to BMW motorcycles. If they don't have what you need in stock, they'll get it for you quickly.
