Quick and easy on the order. Received it in a timely manner too. Exactly what I needed. Though it's partly my fault, it would be nice to have been reminded that the part didn't come with any hardware. Thankfully I had misc bolts and nuts on hand to attach the bracket. Either way, I'd order from you guys again!

Well, I have never been to this branch. I live in Beaumont TX, but I ordered a part that broke on my bike this morning and they had it shipped out via FedEx almost immediately! I definitely took notice of their efforts and I'm actually shocked how quick these guys are. If I am ever in town, I will be stopping by for certain!

I bought a new gsa from year several years ago. I live too far away to bring my bike in for every little hiccup and don’t trust anyone else to wrench on it. Jay answered my questions on the phone and go me pointed in the right direction with advice on how to remedy an issue I was having with my gsa. I really love this dealership.
