I’m truly speechless with the customer service Dan has provided. I wasn’t in the market for a new bike as I just bought a 2022 GS1250 Adventure. Dan did what Dan does and that is represent the dealership to a level of excellence that isn’t a thing these days! Dan took the time to show me around the new shop, talk through inventory, introduced the staff and just made it so inviting to be at the dealership while I was waiting on my bike to be serviced. Test Ride Diary: My Love–Hate GS Moment First of all, let me start with Dan, the sales guy. Hands down, he’s the best I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership. He’s the least “salesy” sales person you’ll meet—no pressure tactics, no fake urgency. Just straight-up honesty about the bike, what it does well, and where it might not be for everyone. More than that, he was extremely patient, walking me through every feature, what to do, what not to do, almost like he was handing me a pre-flight manual before takeoff. Beautiful New BMW Motorcycle Showroom located in Roswell. Nice variety of Motorcycles from adventure to sport they had it all. State of the art showroom paired with Pops Coffee provided delicious treats and beverages. Amazing concept. Also has a service center highly equipped. You can even purchase quality gear, and service items such as motor oil's. Very nice to see BMW creating a space for riders. Definitely will be back for more events and hope to buy an S1k one day..

The level of service they provide is amazing. I had an unfortunate accident in August when I hit a deer while on my S1000RR. Some damage was done to the bike, and I did have some injuries that hospitalized me. When I called them to see if I can bring it in to get an estimate once I was able to ride again, Trent Rich at BMW Roswell and Nick Erickson at Triumph next door arranged to come pick the bike up for me since I was still in the hospital when I called them. Trent even picked up one of my Triumph bikes that had to have some service on it. Eric Hrankowski was great at getting the estimate worked up and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. I was lead here by the good reviews but I was instantly disappointed and regretted my decision with trusting them. Regarding service, I do not recommend doing service with them at all. They charged me for diagnostics and then claimed A&B will fix the issue. They charged me a premium price and said its a premium brand, you may have heard this pitch, but there will be no premium service for sure, very unprofessional. Motorcycle was returned to me in worst condition then before with no improvement at all. When I complained they said it will need additional X&Y to fix the same issue. Not sure why in the initial diagnostics they did not mention it will need X&Y in the first place? If you still decide to go here all I can say is I hope you will have a better experience and luck than I did. Have
