I recently purchased a 2024 BMW 1250 GSA from BMW Motorcycles of Salt Lake City, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Troy facilitated the sale for me and went above and beyond to make the process incredibly smooth, especially since I live in Idaho. I took a shuttle down early in the morning, and when I arrived, the bike was prepped and ready to go — I was able to ride it home the same day. A quick story that really highlights the level of service: I wanted to get a Quad Lock setup for the ride home. They had everything except the phone case I needed. Without hesitation, Troy gave me the case off his own phone (which he had purchased just two weeks prior!) so I could be fully set up for the ride back. I purchased a used Authority Model BMW 1200RT and needed to complete a 2500 mile trip home. The dealership fit me into their tight schedule, inspected the bike and even provided me the service history. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

I just picked up what is undeniably one of the coolest bikes on the road, an R nine T Racer. After humming and hawing about which bike I should buy, and everyone being patient, I'm excited to have this one. The pricing was great. Amazing dealer with sales and service of some amazing bikes. Staff made me feel welcome and has taken the time to answer questions and properly fit me into the bike and gear. Kevin has been great to work with since the beginning and Spencer and the parts team have rocked in taking care of the parts and accessories for rider and bike alike.
