This was my first BMW vehicle and my first-ever service visit at a BMW dealership. While the experience started off positive and the mechanical concerns were addressed smoothly, the overall experience ended in a very disappointing way. Without my consent, notification, or any indication beforehand, the dealership performed a “VIP hand wash.” As a first-time customer, I was never informed that my vehicle would be washed. Had I known, I would have explicitly opted out. My vehicle had recently undergone professional paint correction and ceramic coating and is maintained meticulously. Despite this, the car was returned with visible swirl marks and surface damage throughout the paint, clearly caused by improper washing techniques. When I raised the issue, the tone shifted. I am writing to express my concern regarding the customer service I experienced when picking up my vehicle after its first service. I was contacted and asked to come to the service center to collect my car. Upon arrival, I noticed that the vehicle had not been washed, despite being informed that a wash was included after the service (photos are attached). When I raised this concern, I was told that if I wanted the car washed, I would need to wait approximately 30 minutes. I agreed to do so. However, after waiting for over an hour, my vehicle was returned to me and it had still not been washed. I was once again informed that I would need to wait an additional 30 minutes if I wanted the wash completed. At no point did anyone offer an apology for the inconvenience. Was a little skeptical about this place. Pretty good fast service and the advisors are efficient. 2 hour wait time as promised for oil change. Small area for cars to pull into and pull out to leave gets backed up pretty quick. Nice large lounge area. They missed the trunk tail light being out after indicating all lights were properly working on the inspection report.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service I experienced at this dealership’s service department. I brought my vehicle in to have my sunroof repaired. Throughout the process, there was a significant lack of communication regarding the status of my vehicle and the expected timeframe for completion. I repeatedly had to reach out myself just to get updates. My vehicle remained in their possession for 14 days, during which time I had to rely on a rental. When I finally picked up my car, I immediately noticed new damage to the passenger-side lower front bumper and visible scratches underneath the vehicle. I have brought my car to the dealer because of this. RECALL: Coolant pump electrical connector. After they did the work to my car last Saturday, my dashboard was showing a low engine coolant warning at the same day after I was driving in the afternoon.This is important — driving too long like this can cause engine overheating and serious damage. After I filled up the coolant on Sunday, I received the same message again on the following day. I contacted the service department, they said it’s nothing related to what they have done to my car.
