I took my 2018 "special" model 6 series in under CPO warranty to BMW Florence 5 star. I dealt with Joel C. every time, he was aware of my concerns (check engine light and some diagnostic issues), I did not have to repeat or re-explain, I was there several times about a related issue. Very flexible appointment time slots. I was able to secure a loaner vehicle every time, even though I did not request one, they tried their best to make one available. If not, they provide transportation. Matthew was the tech that worked on my vehicle, I met him and spoke w him at length, he gave me his undivided attention and answered all my Qs. Joel and the BMW Florence team always do an awesome job! Every time I come in, Joel always treats me with the best customer service and makes sure I have a great experience. He always explains what was found and what needs to happen without leaving out any details and makes it clear to understand. BMW hands down has best service and quality.

Joel was outstanding. He greeted me ever so pleasantly. Direct me through the whole process. Once work was completed, he didn't just let me sign paperwork and pushed me out the door. He escorted me out, even opening my door for me. Now that's over the top service comparing to others. I even received a video of the services performed on my BMW X1. These guys are amazing! Traveling down I-95 and encountered some trouble with a tire. They were fast, courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Joel was a great guy and greeted us with a smile as if we were regular frequent customers and not just passing through. We were in and out in less than an hour & back on I-95!
