Two bad experiences in a row — BMW of Fremont proves that poor service here is not an exception but a pattern. This is my second major issue with BMW of Fremont in less than a year. Last time, their improper wheel alignment caused severe brand-new rear tire wear — less than 8,000 miles before both rear tires were almost bald on my X7. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and even withdrew my original review, hoping it was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and misleading service experience — especially from the Service Manager Andrew. I brought my BMW back to this location after getting brake and tire service done at BMW Mountain View (same AutoNation group). A severe scraping noise started a few days later, so I took the vehicle to BMW Fremont for inspection. They charged me $325 claiming that a “rock” was stuck between the rotor. At first, they even said they weren’t sure if the rock was kept. Only after I asked for evidence did they bring out a small pebble that clearly did not match the noise recorded. The noise pattern in my video (scraping only while driving and disappearing immediately when braking) is not consistent with debris at all, and later the original advisor at Mountain View confirmed

I have owned BMWs for decades. The car I took to BMW Fremont for service has been in my possession for 15 years. It has ALWAYS received service only from authorized BMW dealers. I have lavished meaningful amounts of money on this car so that it is always reliable and trustworthy. I know I pay a premium for BMW dealer service, but I have never felt ripped off by a car dealer until I visited this dealership. $318 just to look at the problem is absurd. This fee isn’t charged by any other BMW dealer I have patronized anywhere in the country. I thought, “Fine, it’s part of being in the Bay Area,” so I agreed. After having a bad experience with another service advisor who was very dismissed and low key rude, Anthony provided a great experience and was apologetic after hearing my concerns from the last advisors lack of professionalism. He made sure I had a positive experience and even went above and beyond for me to secure a loaner car after my vehicle broke down. Thank you Anthony for taking care of me and also to your manager both of you were very helpful and I would continue to service my car at this location as long as Anthony is still around. I recommend you should ask for him specially for warranty claims since the other advisors I was dealing with showed no interest for warranty claims, they only provided great service if your paying money for repairs th

BELIEVE THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!! Probably America's most unprofessional bmw service center. I had my car serviced in multiple bmw service centers in multiple states. This is the first time I am having such a bad experience. So much so that i have to come give a bad review. They will conveniently not communicate anything and will blame their new system/management which magically brought in a ton of changes "last month". You will be forced to run after them for every small detail. Something that every other service center across the country does it for you by default. I had to call twice just to know that the car was done getting serviced. No upfront message/call from their side. Be aware of the following 1. They won't call/text the status of the car 2. They won't give a correct verbal estimate
