This is by far the best BMW dealership in north Florida! Outstanding employees here- AJ and Dabari! AJ is a wealth of knowledge with an agreeable personality, positive attitude and extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable on the various BMW models and familiar with options, features, color schemes, etc. If she did not have an answer to our question, she researched it and responded quickly. Dabari was incredibly helpful! He was very knowledgeable on BMW rebates, discounts and financing options. In contrast to other dealerships in the area, Gainesville BMW provided a refreshing and positive experience. If you are seeking a new vehicle, Gainesville BMW is an excellent choice that will not disappoint. One more comment for AJ- While Dabari was helping us, AJ assisted another customer.

The entire experience was great for us as purchasers from SC. The sales process was smooth, and Miguel was super helpful. And the finance/formalities team did great dealing with us being in the midst of a move from MI to SC buying a car to be titled in SC but with still only MI driver licenses. That was a lot of work for them, but they got it done. Would definitely work with them again.

My salesperson AJ was excellent to work with very patient, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Dabari, the manager, was also extremely kind, understanding, and professional. There were a few concerns that came up after delivery, but the team took care of everything very well and followed through until I was fully satisfied. Because I had such a horrible experience with Gainesville BMW, they asked me to revise my review. I’m subsequently going to revise the revision because I think this dealership is as filthy as they come. A car that I purchased here needed thousands of dollars in repairs less than 50 miles from their dealership. There were several other horribly issues with the car, and they deny all. Please let me mention I bought the car sight unseen, because it was an M3 that I had dreamed of. They took that dream and smashed it. 347 miles after purchasing the car it needs a new engine. Over $17k worth of work, new engine etc ….and all they can tell me is. We have never heard such a gross noise and we have no clue what would make that sound. VETERANS STAY AWAY this place is beyond terrible. My drea
