If you want to maintain your car, take it elsewhere. Did you know that BMW of Houston Midtown changed their policy and does not top off any fluid found to be low during their full-vehicle inspection? You probably did not because they did not publicize this change. Additionally, they marked my fluid levels as "green" during my last two regular service checks, leading me to reasonably conclude they were full. If any needed attention, at a bare minimum, I would expect the tech to note the report as "yellow" and alert the customer that they should procure and refill the component requiring attention. ❌ Worst service experience at BMW Midtown ❌ This was my second time here and both visits were terrible. • First time: after a balancing and alignment, they left something loose. Within a month my rear tires were worn from the inside, my steering wheel was never straight, and they kept my car 4 days for nothing. • Second time: I brought it in for service, they texted me a couple hours later it was “ready,” but they never reset the Service Due warning and my AC (which worked perfectly before) suddenly stopped working. Their inspection report didn’t even mention it. On top of that, when I picked up my car, I found my personal belongings from the armrest thrown into the back seat — absolutely no respect. I used to go to the clearlake location when I lived in Pearland I recently moved from Pearland to the city so this became the closest service center for me. First off to start none of the service center advisory team seems to work together with one another at bmw midtown to find solutions! How hard can customer service be to communicate and find solutions! They always walk and run around the area . but it seems like it’s always a delay delay delay I definitely will not be coming back to this location management is horrible here and I think they need to clear out some of the workers who aren’t actually helping find solutions for customers the customers truly deserve top notch customer service especially it being bmw please figure out the problem!
