I had my car towed there Monday afternoon for an appointment the next day. Called a couple hours after my appointment time because I hadn’t heard anything and no one was able to confirm. My car was on the lot for four hours. It had not been worked on due to a miscommunication, but I was assured it would be worked on as soon as possible, but it was near the end of the day at that point. I called as soon as they opened Wednesday morning to tell them not to work on my car as I was gonna have it towed somewhere else and then I got videos of them working on it anyway about 30 minutes later. I waited six hours and no one called me and when I called them, I was passed around to a manager that was out of office then she was sales manager, then to a service agent. Terrible experience. A sales representative repeatedly confirmed with me that they had the i4 eDrive in stock, so I drove 40 minutes to the dealership. When I arrived, the sales rep I spoke with disappeared, and another salesperson came over only to tell me they didn’t have the car. Then they started quoting some ridiculous numbers and prices. Please respect your customers’ time.

I wasn’t going to write a review since my visit was months ago, until a colleague of mine recently had a bad experience. I scheduled online for a check engine light. I was notified near closing time for 2 consecutive days that my car would need to be looked at by a certain technician without any further explanation of why with no opportunity to call back to enquire further details since both times were late afternoon and apparently that technician had left for the day both times. With the poor communication, I decided to take my car back to BMW Seattle instead and found that the hood vent on my car was bent out of shape. I asked about this and three men came out to repeat that “ma’am, no service has been done in your car!” Yes, I know that but my vent did not look like this when I brought

Their service department are unprofessional and incompetent. Attempted multiple times to grab an invoice but they wouldn’t so I had to drive back to the dealer for them to print it out. They laughed and claimed they had already emailed it which they never did

I had a frustrating experience at BMW Lynnwood with my 2021 X3. Despite a pre-scheduled service appointment and a 2 hour drive, I was turned away due to an internet outage they blamed on Comcast. They failed to notify me beforehand, offered no loaner vehicle (to keep my X3 overnight), and made no effort to arrange service at another location. If you are in a similar situation as me, making the drive in from outside the city, I’d recommend you give a call before departing. First and only time that I’ll be trying to have my vehicle serviced at this location.
