Dylan, John are always helping me with my X5 super easy to work with and always giving me a great experience! Cristina in part is always happy to help me when I need anything great place to come in for service !

I have recently been assigned a new Service Advisor, Dylan Bacon. From day one, he has demonstrated excellent communication and customer service. Detailed explanation of work being performed and accurate time frame. A great addition to an already great Service Department that I've been using for both of my Bimmers.

This is where I get all my BMW Parts now as somebody who restores and collects classic BMWs they’ve been a huge help tracking rare parts. Will and Nick have gone above and beyond and spent hours with me researching and Tracking down hard to find parts. They have even reached out to the headquarters in Munich for me. Thanks guys looking forward to the next project

I had an awesome experience working with Dylan during my recent BMW service visit. He was extremely personable, easy to talk to, and we actually got to know each other pretty well while I waited for my car. I really appreciated how quick and responsive he was throughout the whole process — he kept me updated, answered questions right away, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free.
