BMW of Orland Park Service Center

Very poor customer service experience. I called in advance to ask for the price of two tires and was given a quote. I then scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, Jordan Vieceli told me in a dismissive manner that they would try to finish before 4 PM because they were closing. Despite having an appointment, I waited for over three hours. I asked again for the OTR prce, but they refused to provide it. In the end, I was charged an additional $200 for labor, which was never mentioned or explained beforehand. I clearly stated at the beginning that I was in a hurry, yet they still washed my car without asking me first. Even if the car wash is considered “free,” that extra 30 minutes mattered to me and could have allowed me to leave earlier. My concern was completely ignored. When I questione

I don’t know why their rating is what it is but I give them a 5plus. Mateen was absolutely amazing. The team there treated me like a VIP client. BMW Peoria insulted me and were on the racist side. Perillo didn’t move when me and my husband walked in. All in all I was happy to give Ziegler BMW my dollars. ❤️

I took my 2020 M2C here for the first time this week, I will not be returning. In short, it seems this place is either poorly managed, totally unorganized and lacks coherency between employees OR they have more business than they can handle and can afford to be totally inconsiderate of their customers’ time, or perhaps even both are true. Either way, I will not be taking any of my vehicles here going forward. Excellent!!! Thank you to Corey and the BMW Orland team. I was in for a routine oil change. However, the mechanics found I had a leaking oil pan. Corey ordered the parts, installed the pan and had my car back to me in 48 hours. Corey and the team kept me in the loop regarding the status of my car the entire time. The best part was my warranty covered everything; no hassle. I purchased the ultimate care oil service through BMW as well. Thank you again to the BMW of Orland Park team.
