Vincent Varilla is always professional, attentive and accommodating to my needs. Makes my trips to San Francisco from the Mid Peninsula worth the drive. He even mentioned the new EVs now have tow capacity that I immediately mentioned to Nyomi. Always all good at San Fran BMW.

It was my first time coming to this location to get service on my vehicle. I didn't know what I would be walking into since I made an appointment online. I just want to say that John is an amazing Service Advisor, actually looking at his card, I didn't realize that he is the Assistant Service Manager! When it came to going over what service was going to be performed on my vehicle, he listened to my concerns and navigated me as we troubleshooted the issues on my vehicle. John understood and kept it real, he was honest and was very thoroughly detailed when explaining the issues compared to the other advisors who try to upsell and throw random packages at you like they need to meet some quota, and this was at other dealership along the Peninsula which I won't name but to hint, she is a Di

I’ve been to a few BMW service centers in the Bay, and BMW of SF comes out on top. It was my first time coming to BMW of SF for maintenance, and I was acknowledged and greeted the second I drove my car into the center, which at different centers, I’ve had to wait 10+ minutes to even be acknowledged. Austin S. was my service advisor and came out promptly at my scheduled appointment time and provided exceptional customer care. I also opted to do a recall service and was informed they did not have the part ready and I would need to come back a different time, but due to a no-show, Austin went above and beyond and utilized the part from the no-show on my vehicle, saving me from having to take another trip back! My appointment was at 8:20AM and everything was so prompt that I was able to drop
