I recently purchased a Land Rover Defender from BMW Tampa. The sales rep, Tu was amazing. She was not pushy and we had great conversation. I enjoyed my experience purchasing the vehicle and would definitely return.

Amir was our salesman was incredibly informative about the vehicle, patient with us making our decision and educated us throughout the process. He was professional, courteous and real. You can ask for anything more than that! Special shout out to Ahmed who was down to earth, helpful, supportive and honest. Great leadership ! Honorable mention to Gabe who lent us his time on superbowl Sunday to re-test drive so we knew for sure which vehicle we we're going to go with. I purchased an Acura RDX from these guys a few months back. I emailed on a Wednesday and Ahmed immediately reached out to me. Went in there for a test drive after work and let him know I was looking at a few other cars. He was fine with that and he just asked for an opportunity to own my business if I liked the car. I reached out on Friday to let him know that I’d like to purchase a car and we were able to come up with numbers, trade in valuation, and financing over the phone. It was not time consuming at all. I headed back over there after work and was there for about an hour before I was able to drive off with my new car. Ahmed and the finance manager were very respectful and not pushy at all, which is not what I was used to. The whole process was smooth and painless and five months late

Review for the service department. So Ive been a BMW Driver through 3 different cars the E36 the E46 and my current F34. So Ive been around the block from private repair shops as well as BMW certified Dealerships. Now I understand that BMW dealerships will be higher thats to be expected however I cant say enough about how much of a price gouge with little back in return these guys here offer. Sadly I would recommend BMW of Gainesville and driving 2 hours more than to put any time and money here. Went in for my oil change and to inquire about some other jobs needed and my oh my did they get to trying to slap my head. Not only would they not offer to run code or give me a quote on just installing a Temperature sensor which I had with me oem part, but proceeded to hit me with over 17 grand wo

Excellent Experience with Maz at BMW of Tampa! I had an amazing experience buying my Jeep from Maz at BMW of Tampa. He was friendly, understanding, and respectful of my budget. I told him I already had a pre-approval for a set amount and asked if he could make the deal happen with no money down—he immediately said yes and kept his word! Maz has a great sense of humor and made the process smooth and enjoyable. I shared my bad experience from another dealership, and he took the time to listen, offered us snacks, and made sure all of my concerns were addressed.
