What an incredible team at BMW of Waterbury. I could not be more pleased with the service. Hayley at service is wonderful and always takes good care of me, whether it’s for questions I might have or making sure I am okay for time. She makes sure to run down the list of services required and what would work best for me. Dennis in sales just sold me an x5 today, and I must say, I am beyond pleased with my purchase. He made the whole experience so smooth and effortless. I was in and out with my new keys in no time thanks to him and the finance department! I also really appreciate the lovely lady Yamna that took her time to explain the BMW experience/interface and how to use my vehicle by customizing it to my needs (seat adjustments, applications, phone app, etc). As a recent, first-time BMW owner, I was unsure whether to get my vehicle serviced by a local, certified BMW service center close to where I live, or a BMW dealership. I chose the latter, Hoffman's BMW of Waterbury, and despite the distance, I'm glad I did. All of my concerns were promptly addressed by Nichole in the service center, who efficiently set an appointment, arranged for a loaner vehicle, and kept me updated until my car was repaired. She eased my concerns, and made the entire process seamless. The service center team was awesome, and the service unparalleled. I received text updates every step of the way, including a video of my car being inspected. Because of the kindness and professionalism of Nichole, and her team, I will be returning to BMW of Waterbury for future service

BMW of Waterbury provided excellent service on my vehicle. Scheduling the appointment was easy online. The service person Emily was pleasant and responsive to my requests. I required a ride home and she arranged quickly for me. The technicians texted a video update for my vehicle. Car washed at the end. Honorable mention to previous personnel that provided great service for Nichole.

Catherine my service advisor was great. She made sure I was taken care of and was very open and honest. I want to thank the mechanic who was in charge of repairing my bmw and have her run in tip top shape. Would also like to thank the shop foreman Mike for taking the time to go on a test drive with me after the repairs to ensure the car was running well. He was very friendly and personable throughout the test drive. Overall great experience and I would definitely feel comfortable bringing my bmw back to bmw of Waterbury. 👍
