BMW of West Chester Service

I wanted to write that BMW of WC and Joe Izzi have always been phenomenal in their customer service and making sure I had everything I needed when my car was getting serviced! Joe goes out of his way to make me feel like a truly valued customer. He makes sure I can get a loaner when I drop off my vehicle, and keeps me in the loop with calls to let me know the status of the work. I always receive smiles, "hellos", and am treated like a superstar when I see the staff at BMW of WC. They have never let me down and this is why I keep leasing my vehicles from BMW of WC! I bought a Genuine BMW AGM battery from this dealer about a year ago to fix a battery drain. They never mentioned BMW’s known software/sleep issue (service bulletin) that can cause the draw. Fast-forward: the car still drains, the battery is now dead, and the dealer refuses a parts warranty unless I pay for full diagnostics—then blames “out-of-date ECU software.” A responsible dealer would have (1) checked for the software bulletin when I bought the battery, (2) advised programming before selling a new one, and (3) honored BMW’s 2-year parts warranty if the battery fails after a proper charge/test. Instead I got upsells and finger-pointing. Save yourself the hassle—take your BMW to a competent shop that actually diagnoses before selling parts.

What can I say that I haven’t already said about Otto BMW formally known as BMW of West Chester Pennsylvania. When I was looking for a vehicle I came across Otto BMW and My experience has been positive with Otto’s BMW , from the purchase of my vehicle to the parts department to the service department. I’m currently modifying my vehicle with quality OEM parts in which I also purchase at there parts department. I currently has some service done where my vehicle was lowered 1 inch around the suspension. They also did an excellent wheel alignment on the vehicle and I also had the iconic glow installed in which they did a super job. Heather was our service advisor, and she was excellent, kept updating the service status regularly by calls and text messages, I did not feel any time that I needed to call her and get the status. She advised the required services during the current service, ordered a couple of parts after engineers recommendation, but yet to arrive. she told me that she will call me back by 2/3 weeks time for bringing the vehicle back for replacement of the parts. I am waiting for the call from Heather. I will recommend Heather and BMW of West Chester for BMW vehicle services.
