BMW of Westchester Parts

I didn't go to the parts department, I went to the sajes department. Very low key, if you hate the thought of stepping inside a car dealership this one is totally fine. We met with a smart salesperson (Earl) who knew his product.

Don’t good to the parts department they don’t want to do there jobs and by far one of the worst bmw departments I have been to smh! Autozone as better customer service!

Bought wipers for my car. Email communication was prompt and ended up with a better-than-expected price when I picked up (I did negotiate a little over email). Overall a good experience and will use again for future parts needs. Location was not the easiest to find. Customer entrance is near the carwash exit. There are customer parking spots next to the door. Now that I know it will be painless going forward.

Want heated seats? $18 a month. Cruise control? $20 a month. Automatic high beams? $15 a month. Heated steering wheel? $12 a month. BMW should be ashamed for charging monthly fees for features that are already in your car. I will 1-star every dealership for this.

Just buy off fcp euro a bunch of clowns answering the phone saying parts in stock, go there waste time and gas to tell me they dont have it. 2nd time that happen wont be coming here no more
