BMW Parts Center

The African American gentleman was very rude to me when I called to order a part. I’ve never been talked down to from any BMW dealer except this one. He must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Sir don’t bring the hostel attitude to the workplace.

No problem with the customer service I drop off my BMW for Drivetrain check up when I pick up after hours the message on screen said driver assistance permanently restricted I need contact the service center I dropped off the next morning I got phone call from the service if I want them to look at it I have to pay another diagnostic after pick up don’t make sense and my BMW app on my phone still says the drivetrain needs check up I’m so disappointed ☹️

BMW of Cincinnati North Part Center has given me a great customer satisfaction throughout the years. I have had many issues with my tires, they, along with their service department, has helped me out tremendously without me coming out of pocket. #winning I have been able to build a relationship with my guy Shaun Snelling over the course of the years. He's very personable and does his very best to assure that I am satisfied. If he has any hiccups he usually gets his team involved to help and guide him in the right direction. I really appreciate how those guys work diligently together. Great staff, will absolutely recommend this center to anyone.

BMW of Cincinnati North is the best. Bought a used 328 that I knew had some issues. Brought it to them. Service was fast and convenient. Had a couple oil leaks fixed, a tail light replaced and a brake squeak addressed. Love those guy and girls.
